Refund Policy

01. Cooling-off period
If you withdraw within 7 days of enrollment and before classes begin, you are eligible for a refund of fees paid, minus a nominal administrative charge.
02. After classes begin
Once a program has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable as seats, kits, and resources are allocated. Partial adjustments may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
03. Kit & material charges
Any product kits or materials already issued are non-refundable. The value of issued items will be deducted from any eligible refund.
04. How to request a refund
Submit a written refund request to our administration team with your enrollment details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15–30 business days.
05. Transfers
In place of a refund, you may request a one-time transfer to a future batch or another program of equal value, subject to availability and approval.
