4.3 Refunds & Cancellations
80% refund before course begins (with 7+ days notice)
50% refund within first 7 days
No refunds after first 7 days (except for medical emergencies with proof)
Full refund if Academy cancels the course
Refunds processed within 30 business days, less any admin charges

Enroll and access learning content
Interact with staff and other students
Download materials for your own study
5.2 Prohibited Uses
Illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity
